I bought a dirt cheap diamond off eBay.

Re: I bought a dirt cheap diamond off eBay.

Thank you Niel! Also for finding one on JA!
I am eyeing one from JbEG. According to Grace it has no bowtie and is eyeclean:

(It's on the bottom of the page). I just made a 24-hr reservation. :naughty:

I do have to get used to the fact that it's a G. On the site is says 'J' but it turned out to be a G. I am more into warm stones (my OEC is a U-V). But for this particular cut it could be just right?

They let you see it in person right?

I'd do that. Worse case you send it back, right?

It will be white, especially with the Fluor. And I'm concerned about the center. Are you open to suggestions? What's your budget??

Thanks Niel! My budget would be 10.000$.
My gut feeling says to go for it, since I seldom fall in love with a stone. Guess I am hopelessly in love already. :cheeky:
I want my future stone to have a different appearance compared to my 5ct OEC and I guess this is it, including the whiteness. But the antique facets will compensate for this :D

Wow Niel!!!

You truly are the queen of Marquise!!!
Thanks for finding these stones. Really sweet of you :wavey: I truly appreciate this. I like all these options on first and second glance and will dive into it later.
I will have a good sleep over all possibilities.

I love Marquises! I did not expect to ever say this :D pre-PS I found them so weird and old fashioned.
