How close of a match do my pears need to be to look okay in a band?

I have 2 pears and found 2 more that are close matches. They’re maybe 0.1 mm - 0.22 mm off. Is that good enough?

Is the faceting and outline/ratio of the pears also close in styles?

I think good enough is a loaded question.
Same as many people here would never go for a diamond below G/VVS2 or non precision cut colored stone. Or god forbid non trade ideal color!
If they look good to your eye, I think it also depends on whether the bench is willing to take the time and work on minimizing any differences and really not accentuating them with the setting/prong work.
