Help me analyze this RB H&A 1.51 I SI1 HCA .8 - PICs

Hi all. I have been been offered this diamond at what I believe to be a good price. However all the clarity characteristics worry me. I'm told clarity is closer to a VS2. Anything to worry about? Feathers, needles, crystal, knot, cloud etc.

Comparable diamonds seem to be in the $11k range. I can get this for much cheaper. What would be a good price?

It looks stunning.

A knot is a diamond crystal within a diamond that extends to the surface.
Since it is exposed, it may be knocked off affecting durability/clarity
At the same time, it survived brutal cutting and polishing process. Also, it is only the third most notable inclusion after feathers and crystals. Thus, it may be a non-issue.

Do some research on knot inclusion, and ask the vendor how secure and stable the knot inclusion is on this particular diamond..

The proportions are good but don't know about the knot inclusion.

Who's the vendor? What did they say about the knot inclusion? Again, I would ask about the stability of this knot, and the clarity grade of the diamond if this knot were the only inclusion. Depending on the assurance from the vendor and the price, I may or may not go for it.

Vendor says knot is nothing to worry about. Also better than some vs2 he has seen.
