East west marquise rings

Can anybody help me find a place to buy this type of ring (with the sideways marquise)?

I would like to be able to find that specific ring, but if anyone can tell me a place online where I can look to buy similiar rings I would also greatly appreciate that.

The ring is from Fay Cullen but that picture was posted in June of ''06. It might be best to call/email Fay Cullen and see if they still have/can make it. It looks like they have other stones set in that or a similar setting .like this one
