E-Weddingbands tracked me down

Out of the blue today, a nice man from e-weddingbands called and said they tracked me down after seeing my post in this thread (https://www.pricescope.com/community/threads/can-you-show-your-e-weddingbands-com-rings.67155/.) In the post I mentioned that my engraving was different font on the 2 rings I had from them (one from 3.5 years ago and one about 1 year). The nice man offered to redo one of the rings if I would like, on them. I was very surprised.

Just wanted to pass along that EWB has excellent customer service.

That''s awesome! I love my comfort fit wg band from e-wedding bands. It''s excellent quality for a fraction of the price (seriously - the lowest price I found for the same thing in a B&M store was twice what DH paid). If I would have known about them before we were married, I would have definitely bought DH''s there. I know DH had a very easy time ordering my band, and it''s great to hear that their customer service excels beyond the sale!

At first I was a bit stunned when he called and said "I saw your post, do you go by Ausable? We had a hard time tracking you down." It reminded me that we are really not that anonymous online.

I thanked the nice man but told him I was happy with my rings. I had ended up buying a third ring to match the second ring already. (One ring for each of my son''s births with their name and birthdate). And the original ring "stood in" for my wedding ring when I was pregnant and my fingers were swollen. So each ring had it''s purpose and I wouldn''t redo any.

Anyway, it was such a nice gesture and I was flattered that they took the time to contact me a year after my purchase.

So EWB, if you are reading this, thank you!

Wow! That''s extremely odd but very impressive! I just bought a 2mm flat platinum band from them and absolutely LOVE it! It''s gorgeous, shipped fast and was a great price!
