love the proportions but i'm iffy on the clarity of the stone. What is the size of the stone? If under 1ct, the inclusions are probably fine but a larger stone would meanthey are more visible. Are there clarity comments on the cert like "clouds not shown"? If so, at SI1, it would concern me a bit and SI2 i would pass. Just undecided without seeing a video of the stone and how the inclusions look as it moves. Care to share your budget and size/color/clarity wishes? We could pull up some contenders so you'd have something to compare to.

EWhat’s the clarity grade of the stone?
I asked about the milky/cloudiness And they said it was clean and also the florescence doesn’t affect its performanceBased on other recent threads I've participated in, I think this diamond is a 2+ carat stone. OP was upgrading from a 1 carat stone and was debating to stick with his current local jeweler, where he got a 110% trade in value of original stone but with inflated prices. I think his budget was around $25k as a trade deal or around $17,500 on a cash deal via an online dealer (assuming zero for existing stone). Also best I recall, was looking around F color and SI1 clarity on the other stones.
Agree with @farrahlyn, the proportions look quite lovely. Small 54 table should pop very nicely with that 34/40.8 combo and 80 LGF's. A nice balanced stone.
Problem is clarity as already noted. Look at the picture where I circled. Not sure if the stone caught a reflection from the flash, etc but around the 12 to 1 o'clock positions it looks cloudy/milky.

Oops I mean SI1
I’ll try to fix the videoI know the supplier is saying no, but when I have a picture in my face making me think otherwise I'd be having your jeweler verify this. If you are using your local guy I'd be testing that stone in an array of lighting conditions -- sun, office, jewelers light, etc.
I'd love to see the video. But it's currently "unavailable".
The strong fluor with E color, SI1 clarity in 2.19 carats plus the additional twinning whisps, surface graining & pinpoints not shown has me doubtful it's really eye clean.
I'd also want to establish a firm definition of eye clean. A universal definition does not exist. Many vendors utilize the definition of 10" from the top view with 20/20 vision and good lighting. When I was looking I modified mine to 6" from the top or sides with 20/20 vision & good lighting. Also, I consider eye clean as anything that obstructs light return (clouds, ill placed inclusions, etc).
