Little Sparkle, handshots are here. The ring is 100x more gorgeous in person than in any of these photos. I am in love! I promise to post more photos later, but I'm late for a meeting at my son's school!
Holy bacon cheddar cheese loaded meatballs!!!! This is spectacular, Yenny!! The bezel! The stone! The scrollwork! The milgraining around all the details! The basket! The entire ring is so beautiful. It looks both substantial (from the top--wowza--huuuuge) and so delicate from the side! I am totally and completely in love with your ring. And the best part is that the stone is the star! This is the perfect home for your insanely beautiful antique oval!
Ari did a phenomenal job. And you picked out an entirely perfect setting. Good luck trying to focus at the school meeting... I wouldn't be able to drag my eyes away from my left hand.
Wow...Wowieeee wowow...doesn't even begin to express how gorgeous your ring is!!! Easily one of my all time favorites on PS! Divine...elegant...and gorgeous...I could go on and on...but the drool is making the keyboard slippery!!!
Thanks quintilis, gamgam, missy, bright ice, skippy and Mrsbettyboop! I really wish you all could see it in person. I finally understand what people mean when they say that they can't capture the beauty of a stone in their photographs. I love all of the colors the stone throws off in outdoor light!
LittleSparkle, I couldn't focus at school! I was useless!
Laila, the finger coverage is even bigger than I thought it would be, but I'm really good with it. I just love the ring so much there's nothing I don't love about it!
Mom2boys, I actually blinded my hubby while we were looking at it outside. It caught the sun just right and it reflected a beam of light directly into his eyes, lol! I guess I'll have to be careful of that. It's a good problem to have though!
Seriously, this ring has got to be one of my new PS favorites! Absolutely beautiful diamond and I don't think there could be a more perfect setting for it
Thanks stargurl, I'm flattered that my ring is one of your favs!
Thank you mrssalvo and sundial!
Thing2of2, I was planning to see if my grandmother's thin platinum band worked with the ring, but it really looks odd, so I probably won't wear a band with it unless people start shooting me dirty looks when they see an "engaged" woman toting 2 kids around and think that I'm "living in sin"!
