i did not complete looking and came back to alert harriet. i will have to go back and check it out. thanks for the heads up. i am not buying as i have something ordered from facets presently.

eta: it is yg and size 8.5 so it is not for me. i did see the trinity bracelet that i thought harriet was once coveting.

We stayed in Sorrento and rode in by boat, but there some really beautiful hotels on the cliff. Next time I wnt to rent a Tuscan Villa and live like the locals for a few weeks! Nantucket, sounds really lovely and relaxing!

Skippy, we are looking into a villa in Tuscany for next summer, but we are not sure of timing. Not sure if we would want to wait til the next summer and go with all three kids, or wait til all three are at camp (summer 2009) and go just the two of us! We also might rent a house on Nantucket for the month of August, we were looking at homes there this trip and I would like to stay there for a length of time to see if I am okay being there all summer with hubby coming on weekends til the end of the summer. Hubby planned a trip to Florence and Paris for two weeks next June after we drop our oldest sons at camp, and if we add in Spring break and Christmas, that is two months of vacation for him...hard for him to leave when deals are cooking, but good news is he is has an international blackberry and his laptop at all times so he is decently covered. (never enough in his eyes, but reachable nonetheless). We are also going to be building a home and planning my middle son''s bar mitzvah, so two months for me to be away may not be manageable. I am fine once I get away, but the planning and packing and flying are not easy for me.

Gosh, DF that sounds lovely! I am a planner just like you. My husband use to complain about it but now he loves that I have everything mapped out for every little tiny detail. It is funny to hear him brag to our friends how awesome he thinks I am so it sounds like you are the same way if not better than me. hehehe

I am actually dying to rent a Tuscan Villa w/a pool; I think it would be incredibly charming and ride a bike into the village for a bite.


Harriet, you crack me up w/the GTG. I would like to go to Dee's so we could see cool gems and meet PS'ers. I only get 5 weeks of vacation a year!!! Sounds like you! I like to use 2 weeks for the holidays, 2 for summer and 1 for sick days here and there.

Maybe on your travels you will find a beautiful braclet, so hold out
