I am confused if I should get 1.9 carat AGS or 2.0 GIA? Both of them look good. One of them is AGS and the other one is 2 carat. Which one seems like a better deal? Does it seem like a big difference in the size?
I have my doubts about buying 2.0 GIA from a site that's not that popular.

The 1.9 is a better deal.

AGS

Yes..the 1.9 will visually look like a 2 carat but will cost significantly less because it’s under 2 carats if all other things are somewhat the same.

I don’t think that we can advice without the reports. Can you please post the report details? Who are the vendors?

I feel like we are missing necessary info here. We can't confidently say which one is the better "deal" until we see the reports and know how much they are selling for and who is selling them.

AGS Ideal grade with a light performance based report is your best assurance that the cut quality is in the top echelon.
However, as @SimoneDi and @lovedogs point out, there is way too much unknown about the two stones for anyone to give you a reliable opinion. If you post the report numbers members can look up the details up on the report check sites of each lab and then do a meaningful comparison. Posting the prices of each will also help you get the best advice.

The 2nd option is my choice, ideal proportion for brilliance and fire. I would pass on the remaining ones.

The second one is best! 1st one is a steep/deep. The third one has a very shallow crown angle. The second one has greats angles and the spread of a 2ct stone as it hits 8mm!

I like option 2, but would recommend requesting a hearts and arrows image to confirm.

How would that pic help? thanks

Ask for an ASET image of the 1.88, that one has great spread, numbers are good, and the arrows are nice.

With your budget have you looked at branded cuts?

If you don’t mind going down to a J I would pick this one, great price and great spread

I will take a look at those, thanks for sharing!

The stone is marketed as a True Hearts and you are paying a premium for that branding. The hearts and arrows images will confirm that is what you're getting.
