Yes thats what UD said, is there a private message option here? I would share with everybody the name of the sales person that told me that, but he was been very good so far and I would not like to give him a bad rep, so I rather just share it with you.

About the inclusion map I guess I''ll have to learn to read it, I did think of the possibility of them rebranding a diamond but I thought it would be really hard.

I just saw the diamond you suggested, I really like how it looks, I just requested the ASET image and I soon as I have it I will share it here, thank you so much Stone-cold11!!

I will get idealscope but no ASET:

"We only provide ASET images for fancy shaped diamonds. It gives you a
better depiction of it''s scintillation than an Idealscope image will."

For future searches.... should both deph and table be as close as 60% as possible or is there any other combination that works?

What???

Tell him a princess cut is a fancy shape and that is what you are looking at so why can't you request an ASET again?

Combination, not necessary work well, depends on the faceting and princess cut has ways to do that. Generally, depth in the low 70s and table in the high 60s works but still have to see the ASET.

Looks a bit dull under the table, only the main pavilions looks bright.

Thanks for your very kind offer with the computer knowledge, often we do get computer queries come up so that would be great if you would keep an eye out for these!

Not that great. Too little red in the edges, mainly in the table, might not look that great, probably will give an impression of a smaller stone.
 
Have you requested ASET for the 2nd stone?
 
Stone-cold11, I asked for the ASET of the stone you sugested (this ASET I just pasted) and for the original 2 diamonds I pasted on the thread, I am still waiting for those 2. Was there anotherone that would be a good idea to ask for the ASET? So it is safe to say that is better to pass on this one?

Not a bad ASET, could do with some more red though ideally, faint fluorescence assuming it is blue is not an issue, you probably won''t even notice it.

I am going crazy too... I have been hunting only for 1 month and i am going crazy too... and tired..

The good thing is I have built confidence and narrowed down to 2 choices (vendors), the vendor seems to have "given up" on me and not responding to me anymore..,.

despite my follow up emails...

i do not think I am wrong as a consumer.. we need to look at choices to make decisions...

i am very sad... perhaps i ask too many questions.. but I really need to know and want to understand what I am buying .. afterall it is US$20-25K amount of money...

I would call the vendor caesar, sometimes spam filters don't work properly and client emails don't get through, keep trying - I am sure if it is one of the trusted PS vendors they won't have given up on you!

And also there is no such thing as asking too many questions especially with a purchase of this magnitude, you are not wrong.
