Between the two, I’m liking the 1.52 F VS2 based on the info provided. Links to the videos would help though.
@Karl_K , @Garry H (Cut Nut) would love your thoughts if you get a chance.
They can't comment on another vendor's product due to the rules of the forum.
Edit. I guess you cropped out the vendor info, but pretty much everyone will know who the vendor is bc of the website style. So in this case I'm actually not sure if people in the trade are allowed to comment or not (they can comment on pics as long as they aren't directly linked to a specific vendor)
Of course, the 34.5/40.8 combo is the preferred combo (and it has a slightly better idealscope). I would probably go with the F/VS2. The D isnt
bad either though IMO.
If I hadnt seen the numbers on these and only looked at the ideal scope imagesI would have said pass. How am I reading these wrong. I thought the red should have the same saturation across the diamond and that light pink areas indicate leakage. Can someone school me? I really want to learn. Would these be considered Very Good but Not Excellent as in this photo?

Compare the red to the color of the very middle. Anything lighter than that = leakage. But if the image is overly back lit, the middle will look pinkish vs red. So in these examples, I see some leakage in the D but not in the F

@lovedogs , the f looks good to you then?
i would go for f, because: 1. i personally don't think it's worth getting a d color; 2. there seems to be some light leakage under the table in d diamond. just my two cents.
