wow! tallk about $$$ to burn!

I think we should create a Lottery Club, buy super power-lotto tickets, and, of course, WIN.
The only requirement: each winner would be required to buy their dream ring and post in the SMTR thread.

I LOVE that half carat D VS1 in a MM sunburst!!
the three-stone, too!

If money were no object, I would probably buy one of the Kaufmann de Suisse 5 carat asschers that I tried on in their Palm Beach store. I don''t have any pics but we are going to PB next week and I am going to try to take some pics. I don''t know if they will let me or not. They don''t have very many rings posted on their website and they don''t do them justice at all. They are stunning.

I think I''d put an asscher in that one that Gypsy just enlarged. It would be possibly a little over the top of my bling scale, but I still think that is a beautiful halo.

I''d like to see the Tiffany split prong setting as well. Dimend Scaasi has a similar setting to that as well. But it is a pain looking at settings online and not be able to try them on! It is hard to know what a picture looks like on your hand!

Gypsy, where did you find that Tiffany ring? I have not seen it on their website.

On this thread!

Thanks, Gypsy! I''m going to Tiffany''s next Saturday and I may have some new rings to post on here after that!

Ohhh... looking forward to THAT!

You know I have seen a huge heart pendant in a pave bezel WG-- whole thing was with canary diamonds and it was just shockingly beautiful. (Again in DC. Gotta love DC for jewelery-- if you can''t be in NY or LA... DC is choice!) Nice taste!

if money were no object i would be seeking a 2-3 carat heart for a solitaire pendant. in yellow gold.

I hope you understood that to mean I''d have new favorites to post..not newly purchased rings to post!!!

Unfortunately.

I guessed that what you meant!

It will still be wonderful to have new material to drool over.

Tiffany has a necklace and earring combo I''ve been restraining myself from having copied (all gold, no diamonds)... although with the price of gold right now? Not that much restraint required.

I do have a platinum necklace I don''t like-- wonder what I can do about that? Who buys that stuff and good prices, anyway?

I always loved this ring, and was considering having my FI custom make this in a smaller version. This is from Washington Jewelers in the DC area. I am now 100% in love with my gorgeous E-ring, though maybe one day this ring would be a great anniversary present.
