I have a russian lab alex ring that is around 2 cts square step cut, kite set, it has about 6 pts in diamonds set in white gold, I love that ring, I bought it in 2004 for my anniversary/mothers day/my son graduation from high school, I have a picture somewhere but cant find it right now, but it is by far my favorite ring

That is tough! I would have to say my favorite ring is my sapphire ring.

I have a hard time picking a favorite that's not my e-ring (love it so much!). After thinking about it, I'd have to go with my YG channel-set half-eternity diamond band that was my mom's baby ring for my little brother, an April baby. It had been sitting in my mom's safe deposit box, unworn, and I was happy to give it a home. I would have never thought it to be my taste, but I really love how it looks and what it means.

Wow there are lots of amazing pieces in this thread.

My favorite is the diamond bangle I got for anniversary this year. It''s my fave b/c the Monday after DH gave it to me, he took it out of the jewelry box, put it on my wrist before I went to work and said "I want you to wear this". I thought it was really cute the way he said it. Now I think of him every time I look at the bangle.

Oh wow the eyecandy in this thread is just to die for! Things I had not seen before. That fairy pendant is just beautifully whimsical, and of course Gypsy's snowflakey pendant is yummy as always. Steel's OEC bezel pendant reminds me why I love bezel pendants so much. Liane, I pretty much just love everything of yours... those earrings are amazing. Somethingshiny, your 10th anni ring is absolutely gorgeous too- I adore piercing like that, you just can't get that done anywhere except Van Craeynest nowadays... I'm totally gonna prowl your old threads now in hopes of seeing closeups. And bebe, that ACA pendant- holy wow, it's just perfect.

I can't decide which my favorites of my sparklies are, so I'm cheating and going for two faves. One is my antique pendant; it's a tough choice between wearing it or various pearls every morning. It's 18K white gold filigree with single cut diamonds. It no longer has the 8.5mm transitional cut blue zircon in it; I swapped it out for another white stone because I don't do teal much. Still, the blue zircon was really sparkly! Someday I'll reset it...

And now for the cheat- I have about five or six Art Deco diamond watches. This is my very favorite of the bunch (though a couple of others come mighty close). It''s a Royce platinum filigree one from the 1920s- I wear it a *lot*. Unfortunately I effed up the works and its hands are frozen now, but I often didn''t wind it anyway, so I don''t care too much. I think it''s about 2 cttw, with OECs and single cuts. The engraving on the side is really well done too.

I don''t think I had seen this pendant before - I love it! Do you have pictures with the new stone in? Personally, I love all things blue and teal, so the zircon was right up my alley.

I love this pendant. It''s simon g with a rose gold butterfly and little tiny bezel set diamonds on the chain in white and rose gold.
I got it for my anniversary this July. I think I wanted it for about 5 or 6 years when I first saw the simon g ad for it.

My 17 gram 3mm yellow gold wheat chain. My friend named it the honesty chain(as they have nick named my other favorite jewelry pieces)because a pawn shop allowed me to purchase the chain at cost(5.00 per gram) because I knew the 2 carat c/z cluster ring in their case tagged for 99.00 was actually the 2 carat diamond cluster ring that was on sale for $1,999.00 in the same tray. They had been switched and the salesperson was going to sell me the diamond piece for $99.00.The chain reminds me that honesty is its own reward! The manager signed a huge sign of relief when i told him about the switch!

I would have to say my custom five stone.

I did love the blue zircon but I just wouldn''t wear it- I just don''t do teals or blue. I saved the stone though, of course. I don''t have pics with the new stone, it''s, ahem, one that I can''t post on PS. It is about the approximate shade of an N colored diamond, so it has some body color... just like I like! My jeweler is awesome and built a little cup for the pavilion to rest in, rather than right against my chest- that was another problem with the zircon, is that the open pavilion was right against skin and thus got grubby and dull immediately.

My Cartier Trinity earrings. Why? Apart from their timeless elegance, they are so easy to wear. I usually wear them once or twice a week and all day long

I''m pretty enamored with a necklace that had belonged to my great grandmother. Its a greyish slightly oval shaped pearl with a milgrained halo of single cut stones. Going up the chain are antique diamonds. I''m guessing old OMCs. They are SO FIREY which is one of the reasons I love it so much. I adore the basket of the pearl pendant. I believe it is made from unplated white gold. I thought it was platinum at first but its too warm to be platinum and doesn''t really have a patina. I wore it at my wedding as my something old.

I don''t have a picture right now, but my favorite would be my mother''s ring. It has the birthstones of my 3 kids and their names engraved in it...love it so much!

Chopard, my fave.

My school ring. I just love how big it is. It's 18k gold with a .1 (I think) diamond. It's my right hand ring!

Also, that silver ring. I forgot what metal it is, but it''s the Order of the Engineers ring. It''s my right hand pinky ring.

Thank you, Ndpwood!

They are extremely light, so this makes them the ideal pair for frequent use.

Do you own a pair of Cartier Trinity earrings, too? And if yes, is this your favorite jewel?
