There are lots of people more expert than me but I don't know if that would be eyeclean - that is a lot of black / dark stuff going on under the table - it's not a small diamond so I think they might be visible.

Also the photos/GIA report don't seem to tally up with the Idealscope but that could be my lack of knowledge/experience...

No, it is not eye clean and the inclusions on the table would drive me batty. Just way too many spots on the table.

Even though the proportions of the stone are great,
I recommend to go with one shade less and go to a better clarity
H color is still considered a near colorless
try to search and see if there are any within your budget that are "h" color VS2-Si1 clarity
