wooden skate website

I am looking at a ring setting from www.woodenskate.com. Here is the ring specifically, http://www.woodenskate.com/wsvc/shortcase/NO-FILTERS/frame-SINGLE.html Has anyone used this site? Were they good to work with? Also, the ring I am looking at is six prongs, 14k gold, is it possible to have a jeweler replace the prongs with a bezel?
