Will there be a noticeable difference...

I'm still in search of the right diamond but so far this forum has been great in helping me narrow down what i think i am after - so thanks!

I've managed to narrow my search and find two similar diamonds which are scoring 1.3 and 1.9 on the HCA scope. They are:
1.32 Carat, Colour H, Cut Ex, Clarity Si1.
Medium Blue Fluorescence
Scores 1.9

1.30 Carat, Colour G, Cut Ex, Clarity Si1.
Very Strong Fluorescence

I've been reading up on fluorescence across articles and posts. I am going to see them later this week in person to see if they are Milky, but apart from that is there anything i should be aware of. They are both priced very similar. So subject to them both being eye clean, is one far better than the other?

IMO, the 1.3 has slightly better proportions than the other. It falls in the middle of AGS ideal cut. I would let your eyes do the deciding since you are able to view them in person. Try to view them in different lighting environments if possible (sunlight, direct overhead lighting, shadow, darker corner of room, etc.)
