Will cast vs. hand engraving affect appraisal?

My ring is built and appraised. The ring was hand engraves (so says the place online I bought it from..) but the appraiser has written "cast-engraved". Will this affect my appraisal? Should I have the appraiser adjust it?

i would just make sure they have the correct amount that u paid for it, since u paid more for custom work, if it ever needs replaced it will have to be custom done again

The thing is, it''s not exactly custom work. It was built to order, but anyone can order that same ring off their website, and according to a person I spoke to, it''s done by hand.

Maybe he just means that the setting was cast, but that the setting has also been engraved?
