Just because I can’t see them, doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy knowing they’re there

When I'm washing my hands I can see myself in the mirror and enjoy the bling. I enjoy even though I can't see them all of the time. This is why I wear rings and bracelets as well! Just knowing it's there gives me great satisfaction!
I wear both and appreciate both knowing that they are awesome bling..
Whilst other ppl will definitely see them more than me.. i know that they are awesome bling.
I love my bling.
I have some really nice rings but wear them less and less due to a combo of work and age related knuckle swelling! I love sparklies so earrings and pendant are the next best thing, I love catching sight of a flash of fire in the mirror.
I love wearing dangle earrings. I love the swish of the movement. I rarely wear a necklace but if I do it's because I like the way it looks with the outfit I am wearing.
I cannot see my clothes either and I choose clothes that flatter me so why not the same with other pieces of adornment? Historically we dress to attract others for survival of the species and that just continues on throughout life for the most part. I like to feel pretty and adorning myself with gorgeous jewels makes me feel that way.
Plus I know it's there and that makes me happy. LOVE all bling.
Would any of you pass up these earrings? I mean just because you cannot see them? (You can see them whenever you pass a mirror or your reflection I mean look at these babies SWOON!).
I sure wouldn't pass these up if I had the opportunity to make them my own..just saying.
I love looking at my pendant in my visor mirror when I’m driving..I also look at it when I’m washing my hands. Sometimes I pull my earlobes out and look at my studs in my visor..when I’m driving..I do look to make sure there are no cars behind me!
I wear a pendant for sentimental reasons, earrings are usually to go with my outfit or simple hoops and not expensive b/c I'm more likely to lose or misplace them than any other kind of jewelry. Other necklaces are for dressing up for a professional meeting or to go out.
I don't have pierced ears, but I've always favored necklaces because I find them more comfortable and less in the way than bracelets or rings and I think they complete my outfit. Don't get me wrong, I've been known to stare at my diamond pendant when I'm not wearing it. I still see the sparkly.
I seldom ever wear a bracelet or necklace and I cant wear earrings...when I did it was mostly just CZ's for sparkle or something made of just gold because I didn't want to spend money on stuff I cant really see.....
Earrings help frame your face, and I am able to see them sparkling when I look in the mirror. It makes me happy! Same with pendants, jewelry completes a look- Makes it all come together!
Because nice jewelry is like a dog. It needs to go out for a walk now and then.
But honestly, I wear them because I paid decent money for them and I would feel guilty if they just sat in my jewelry box. And the reason I bought them is because I appreciate them for the wearable art they are.
DF - your question is exactly why I don't own a single diamond necklace or earrings!! (well, except for the tiny 0.10 ct diamond pendant my DH gave me on our wedding day)
I like to keep diamonds on my hands, where I can see them at all times. Anything sparkly that might appear on my ears or neck is inexpensive fashion jewelry!
All of the above here too. Plus, the reality is, when I see someone else wearing bright sparklies around their neck or on their ears, I find it very attractive and eye-catching, and I NOTICE. I like those attributes for myself as well.
For instance, I went to a Ducks game last night and one of the skating chickies that scoops up the ice was wearing sparklies in her ears. I didn't notice anything about any of the other ones, but I noticed her and her sparklies.
Because I like to buy diamonds and I can only have or wear so many rings before they sit too long in the jewelry box. Plus, agree that I think earrings add something to your "look" by framing your face. Necklaces often fill in that empty space above the neckline of the top or dress you are wearing.
I like to wear different earrings depending on what clothes I’m wearing. They make me feel pretty
I tend to wear the same pendant 24/7, the one that I feel like it fits who I am, not very extravagant, a bit unique (I hope).
The rings are for moi only. I love looking at them.
