I was feeling half way human for a while yesterday and today other than posting a bit on here all I did all day was cat nap.
Mostly out of it again today.

Aww hope this morning you wake feeling much better. And cat naps are very good.

I didn't get a nap but I will be taking part of tomorrow off after my A.M. meeting.

My son had a flu shot and has a summer cold or flu (summer my part of the world) and has been sick for 5+ weeks. I took him to the doctors yesterday he has a chest infection from it....

Summer colds seem to go on and on

I take mine with a slug of rum before bed all winter
Im not sure if it helps a but its soothing, tastes nice and aids sleep

I was down for 3 days last week. Some variation of the flu, I believe.

During the New Year, we visited Moscow to see dad, and my husband got the flu, and it was rather bad. I had it for one day. (I suspect it was A flu, long story why, just the way I react to it).

Then our older son joined us - he came from Munich, where whatever he had was very bad, and he still has bronchitis.

As to me, I got back home and caught B flu. And it is usually worse for me.

So, it would seem that the “wave” of A flu has reached the US, and on top of it, B one is here, too. But the weather, hopefully, is getting better.

I've been drinking hot tea for a minute...lol I wish I could tolerate hot chilie sauce. My goodness my mom also used to give us ginger garlic and chilies. are we related? LOL

I did NOT get my day off, and my dog is sick with either allergies to something (lets hope not fleas as I can't find any) or ear infection..(equally crazy) last night gave her benedryl and she settled down. she's got appointment today so will see how this goes.
