Hi all, just a brief statement on my recent experience with Whiteflash, as they were fantastic with my now-fiancee's custom ring set. The ring design was entirely theirs, but they were able to switch the metal of the bucket section on the e-ring as I wanted. It looks ridiculously great in person, even better than it did on the digital mockups they put together, was sized perfectly, and in my case their end to end service fully came through.
There were some small bumps along the way to the desired finished product; but, since they were prompt in their communication, we were able to resolve those issues quickly and - along with their offer to expedite my shipping - everything still arrived on the required date. They were also quite helpful in answering my endless questions on the finer points of diamond ratios and aspects for a very long time before I finally decided to buy a set from them, so as one experience commenting here I can strongly recommend them for doing business with. Similar to what many other PriceScope vendors offer as well, Whiteflash's in-house process definitely helped me to ensure the princess diamond I picked would be one that performs well and look amazing - which it really does. Easily one of the best (if not the best) cuts I've ever seen in person, compared to those I've seen for sale in various jewelry stores anywhere.
I realize this is titled in contrast to a recent poster's experience to the contrary - and this is not to weigh in on the merits of that issue, only to support equal representation from a separate experience for search purposes.
My sincere thanks to Whiteflash, PriceScope and to the vastly knowledgable posters here who have helped me to understand more than I ever imagined there was to know about diamonds.
Tom
PS - For anyone new and searching this site for info, listen when they say how important cut is and being able to trust in the certificate...
