Thank you! Yes the Chanel setting will too as it’s platinum on platinum. Happened to my old ering so I ordered a platinum spacer on Etsy and waiting for it to arrive

@Sexypiggy, thanks for posting these pics of your beautiful ring, it's making me drool! Wow, good to know that even the metal on the wedding band can eat into the prongs. It seems like I need to eliminate the idea of finding a set that doesn't rub and accept that a spacer is the way to go or to deal with the worn prongs.
