Which stone to pick?

Which stone should I pick of these two? The price difference is around $700 between the two. I'm really having trouble deciding between the two, and I am asking for an expert opinion! I'm not sure if the VS2 feather will be a problem. The VS1 just has cloud, needle, and crystal inclusions in the table, while the VS2 has only needles towards the edge facets from the table up view, and two feathers in the pavilion view.

Depth, table, crown, pavilion for each stone please.

Vs2 feather is not a problem.

Also please list dimensions for each stone and color, if there is a color grade difference.

I'd say there's not too much between them, they both fall within "super ideal" cut parameters as far as I can see. Pick the bigger one? The cheaper one? Guess it's up to you if one is worth $700 more!

The vendor offered only a $500 in price difference. They also told me that the feather in the pavilion view is visible on the side, only at certain angles and certain lighting.

Since the carat weight is very similar, I'm leaning towards Diamond #1. Is $13k a good price for them?
