Which princess is the best choice?

I think it’s a very close call, but AGS labs are known for their cut grading, and you cannot surpass an AGS lab graded stone re: cut.
AGS May be a bit softer on color & clarity grading, but this stone seems to be quite true to the G VVS grades it has received. It’s still very white, and very crisp.
Since the reason for the exchange was due to a darkened center that was likely caused by sub-par cut, if this were ME, I’d go with the AGS Princess.
I love the ASET; the red & green are spread consistently across the stone, and it appears it will not have issues with the dark center, like your original stone....
The only way to confirm this is to view it in as many lighting environments as possible & see if it passes the test!

Of those I personally prefer the VS2 - to my eyes the VVS2 looks very low-contrast at head-on angles (lack of brightness to offset the darker obstruction/contrast patterns), whereas the VS2 seems to have brighter areas at all angles.

IMHO, of course.

I prefer the look of the E/VS2. The G doesnt look as clear and crisp but not sure if that is due to bad photography set up or the actual stone.

I'm hesitant to make recommendations after your first one didnt work out and it seemed like it should have been a nice stone.

Even though Princess cuts are brilliant cuts, they still fall into the fancy cut category.
The only way to decide is to view both in person.
Honestly, that is the true test.
I like both.
This will come down to performance, and preference...IRL.

I recently returned a pair of princess cut diamond studs because even though I picked out each stone according to the stats and video..they didn’t look good in person..so the numbers could be perfect but IMHO Princess cut diamonds need to be seen in person to know for sure..even if all the stats were great...I was able to return them so everything turned out okay..Just make sure you can return it if doesn’t perform well.

Today is the big day. The diamond has finally arrived and I am going today to compare all three diamonds (the two noted above and my current diamond that displays the dark ring sometimes) I am so nervous my heart is skipping a beat before I even get to see them. The other two diamonds cost a little more than my current diamond but that don’t mean they are better. I am so scared to make the wrong decision, as this is probably the last time my husband will let me upgrade. I am nervous that the other diamonds may not perform as good as my current one. If that is the case would I be crazy to keep my current diamond with the dark ring sometimes. In certain lighting this diamond really performs.

Very exciting!!! Please keep us posted!
Only you can decide, IRL, what it is that pleases you.
If you choose the diamond you have, at least you had comparison to fully make an informed decision.
You may find that another is better suited for you, or you may confirm the one you have was meant to be yours.
You will have to determine if that dark circle that appears in certain lighting environments is something you can live with, or if it’s truly a deal-breaker.
Would you be crazy to keep it? No.
But, you’d be foolish to pass up this opportunity to make an informed decision, before keeping it.
I wish you lots of luck, today.
You’ll have your answer, very soon!!

So I can barely breathe right now, I chose the Gia e color vs2 over the ags true hearts. They were both beautiful but I felt like the Gia had more fire and I wanted a colorless diamond. The ags g color did look colorless but some things are just a mind thing I guess. They are setting the diamond as we speak so I will get to take it home tonight. I hope I made the right choice. I did test it out in different lighting in the store the best I could and I also got to take in the sunshine and shade. It sparkles like crazy and has lots of fire. It does turn a tad bit darker grey In Sunlight than my current diamond but I don’t know if that will change once it’s set. My other diamond was a very bright diamond. Either way true test will be over the next few days when I see how it performs away from jewelry store. I will post again in few days and let you know how the diamond performs. I want to thank you and all of other pricescopers for your help.
