I really like this setting (it's Pandora) I've tried to find something similar, but not having any luck. I like how the setting is low to the hand.
Anyone know where I can find something like this?

For your budget, I'd ask BE and IDJ for quotes. BE made my halo bezel ring (avatar) and DBTY necklace, and IDJ has bezeled my earrings and pendant. I love both vendors' bezels!

The Ritani one was what I was thinking and it's gorgeous but it'll be 1900.

You'd have to find a very cheap heart

i like the color and I think due to its depth it will have a nice sparkle. And to my untrained eye it looks clean.

Yes, the 2,000/2,500 is for everything. I'm going to contact IDJ and a couple of other venders and ask if they can do a setting like the Pandora. Thanks for taking the time to share your knowledge. It is truely appreciated.

Okay well, we might be able to get you a halo for 800 bucks in 14kt. So let's see about a heart.

I like the K .5 heart, it looks well cut, but I don't think you are stuck at a 800 budget for the stone. I think 1200 is a fair budget.

Thanks for the great links everyone. They have helped me realise that I want a bigger stone. Probably a 1.25ct at least. So, I'm putting this on hold for a while until I can save a little more money and get the one I truely want.
