Where can I get a setting like this one?

I heard back from David Klass today, and he was so nice! Neil was right, his quote was about $500 less than BE. He also said that his cost was inclusive of mounting my stone, shipping, and tax.

His quote best fits my budget and I liked that he said that I don't pay him anything until the ring is complete and I am satisfied with it.

Neil - you mentioned that BE might would make a better setting. Can you elaborate a bit on this? I feel like the ring I want is pretty simple and straight forward, but I definitely don't want to sacrifice quality. I don't know very much about either of these jewelers but $500 is a significant difference to me.

If anyone could weigh in on David Klass vs BE in terms of quality, especially pave quality, that would be great! I want a dainty v-cut pave band, 1.6-1.8 mm if that matters.

I will probably start a new thread once I decide on someone to make the setting and the design process starts.

I'm still trying to decide between David Klass and BE if anyone wants to weigh in on their experiences with either of them...I have looked through threads on both and both have beautiful stuff and fantastic reviews
