I also am unaware about people having strong feelings against Apple.
My first purchase was an iPod for a child several years ago. But my first purchase for myself was an iPhone 5 and iPad two years ago. I love them both but still use a PC laptop. Undecided about changing to Macbook when this computer goes. I really only use it for internet and storing pictures, so it is sort of a waste to have a machine that costs so much even if it is superior. I like to get a new computer about every 3 years anyway!
