what do you guys think of these two stones

Blue nile stock # LD03942052 Hca 1.8 and LD03764800 hca score 1.1. The strong blue fluorescence is scary though. I called and they couldnt provide aset or ideal scope image. The rep just said fluorescent is confirmed by in house expert to not neg affect these 2 stones. But. They answered that question instanly so I dont know. Price of first one is great for size color clarity though
