My small but mighty pink spinel from the ‘90s when I worked at a jewelry store. I think it’s almost a Jedi but I didn’t realize it until now. It’s super fluorescent which I also never knew.

I remember when the store owner came back from an overseas trip all excited about the new spinel parcel. I saved up all of my earnings and created this ring!

I always thought something's missing when I wear my small jedi spinel ring alone. Today I got my new (to me!) art deco sapphire band and this is my fav combo:


never thought neon pink and royal blue could work so well together, in love with that blue.

Nono they aren't!!!! You have the most epic halos!!!

I have worked out that for practical purposes you can't wear two honkers at once. You end up banging them!

So the smaller ones that I have are perfectly useful! They are worn on the hand that is used for retrieving keys, opening doors etc

I had to stick my arm down this steaming pot full of joong at a shop (was self service, tongs were used but arm had to go in). I used the arm with the small ring and got remnants of sticky rice on the ring! Wouldn't have wanted that on the any of the bigger rings!

Marked an item off the wishlist over the weekend with this gift from my husband. Natural sapphire, estimated 1.6 carats, with a glowing diamond halo, set in 18k. Needs to be sized down a bit, this one was a find! Sapphire has a feather, not too visible without magnification. Unsure if heated or not, haven’t had it appraised yet. In love!!
