hi everyone
congrats to those of you who have had successes this week, and for those who are just sticking to it
i think i''ll join the wed weigh-in next week for the first time.
i''ve had a crazy day at work. but diet-wise day #3 is going well. i had a fiber cake again for breakfast, a tall nonfat sbucks latte, a subway turkey sandwich for lunch, snap peas, an activia light yogurt for a snack, and of course plenty of water. dinner will be homemade lowfat black bean chili that i made a few weeks ago and froze. i''ll have a piece of multi-grain toast on the side instead of my usual cornbread. i''m such a carb-freak. i really need to find a way to incorporate more protein into my diet...
after dinner it''s off to the gym for a workout. i think i''ll do the elliptical tonight instead of the treadmill for a change. other than that, it''s been great to read the exchange between mara and coda regarding running v. walking
i am a runner, but i say whatever works....
