

I thought that the idea from @Athena10X was to help direct local Jewelers to cutting houses that tend to have good options (for ppl who don't want to or can't use PS vendors). Not to buy from any of these places directly.I think this is a great idea. Cutting out the drop shipper middleman.
However, this isn't for the faint of heart, as it's unlikely companies in India will have such generous return policies (not to mention upgrade policies) as most people are used to.

Oh got it. In that case my opinion is that if your jeweler can't figure out where to source their own inventory and needs the consumer to tell them, then you probably shouldn't be working with that particular jeweler (unless it's just as a good/cheap bench). Jewelers should have access to this thing called RapNet, which is much more comprehensive than anything consumers have access to. Almost all of these Indian suppliers are on RapNet.
One comment - the fact that the GIA inscription states H&A means that someone somewhere had it engraved with those characters. GIA is in no way endorsing the H&A claim, just notating that it appears on the diamond.
