Yowza it's so pretty. I feel like the faceting is unlike other ovals...it almost looks like chunky facets like an oec. Does anyone else see that?

Blake's ring is similar but it's an elongated oval, whereas Julianne's is a bit chunkier. Also Blake's is a pale pink diamond. I love them both but wonder if they spin given they're such big diamonds on super thin bands?

At first I thought it had a rose cut look to it. Probably too opaque for a rose cut, though.

I don't know this picture makes me cringe. I would be afraid of losing the stone with such a delicate/thin setting. Or am I weird?

I like Kate Winslet's ring set (looks like 3 stone emerald in yellow gold). I've heard that British and Europeans are more likely to use emerald and other shapes, versus rounds in their engagement rings. Maybe because they are more understated?
