Two Stones, both with unusual angles. Which to pick?

Here are the two stones. To keep it simple assume the color and clarity are eye clean and colorless on both, both have excellent polish and symmetry, and both prices are approximately the same (within $200).

1.27Ct
Table 57
Depth 61.9
Crown angle 35.5
Pavilion angle 40.8
HCA 2.6 VG VG VG VG
AGS Ideal range (per the charts linked below)
GIA Excellent Range (per the charts linked below)

Versus

1.3Ct
Table 57
Depth 60.9
Crown angle 33
Pavilion angle 41
HCA 0.9 Ex Ex Ex VG
AGS Ideal range (per the charts linked below)
GIA Excellent Range (per the charts linked below)

The first stone's angles dont seem to be "complimentary" and the second stones angles are both shallow. However per GIA and AGS they both are Ideal/Excellent based on their charts.

How to pick which is better as far as light performance given other things are equal?

and i should add that both are from the same vendor, and they do not provide any other tools (like diamoncalc or aset image) so i have to go based on the certs alone.

Neither. You can do better with other diamonds from Whiteflash or Jamesallen.

Neither you can find better it's a process enjoy and take your time

The second stone would be my choice if it was only between these two stones. Both angles on the second stone are not shallow; some would think the crown angle of 33 is a bit on the shallow side but the pavilion angle of 41 is certainly not shallow.

For those of you that say neither, can you please elaborate on why? (technically speaking)

And as far as doing better they are both around 14000 for colorless and VVS (yes I want VVS, not VS, it's a personal preference). whiteflash or James Allen don't have anything in that price point.

I should have specified that I was looking for something as close to 1.3ct as possible.

That last stone 1.26ct looked good except I rejected it due to grainging. The first two are just too small.

I am uncomfortable with grainging since I'm buying a stone online sight unseen. Don't want to take the chance.

That stone you posted was on my list however I emailed them a week ago and they said its no longer available.

Sight unseen has nothing to do with it because at IF you are guaranteed to never see anything unless you have microscopes for eyes. GIA lists the clarity characteristics, and in this case it is Internally Flawless, and on the outside there is teeeeeeeny tiny graining, which you will never, ever see it. Many IF clarity stones have a comment of surface graining. IF is better than VVS, there is no reason to reject an IF in favor of a VVS if your preference is for super high clarity unless you can't afford it.

Perhaps I need to understand surfacing grainging a bit more. From my understanding it's lines that look like you can wipe off but u really just can't.

It is impossible to see IF surface graining. The clarity scale goes FL, IF, VVS1, VVS2.... The difference between FL and IF in most cases is "minor details of polish" or "surface graining."

Surface graining rarely impacts stones and very very rarely unless you deal with diamonds or have super dooper eyesight and generally even then it is mostly near to impossible to see. In a small number of diamonds internal graining can impact on the fire and the brilliance of some stones, but again this is fairly uncommon. A stone would have to have pretty bad surface and or internal graining for you to be able to see lines that look like you can't wipe them off, this is what they can and do look like under a high powered loupe or microscope but it is rare for the average person to be able to observe this in person and a stone with graining issues that are that bad would not be getting an IF or VVS clarity.
