I'm struggling to think of the last time I saw such a racially homogenous crowd - even the ballet inspires more diversity. Not unexpected, but... somehow still surprising.

Please watch videos, and I learned that some people who oppose Trump bought many tickets and didn't show up so there were indeed many empty chairs. There were like empty sectors. Please watch videos.

If they promised a million tickets for a 19k seat arena, it doesn’t sound like fake reservations of any number would prevent them from reaching a limit on actual attendance.

Biden's having a virtual fundraiser on Tuesday with President Obama. Will see if he out fundraises Trump again like he did in May. :lol:

That's known and will be watched. Trump is corrupt and lying to the extent he makes Bidens look clean. The way he is exercising his power is no different from how Xi Jinping exercises his. Biden is the lesser evil because Trump is an unrestrained dog who is loyal to no master. Trump confuses public interest with his personal interest, and will only alienate allies.

You ask gung-ho CCCP supporters who they prefer in power, and they will say Trump in a heartbeat. Trump's America is a divided and weak America, an America that is ridiculed for hypocrisy. If you vote Trump, you are siding with the CCCP's interests. So I guess you care more about hero worshipping Trump than thwarting CCCP?

If Biden is in power, he won't have absolute power. Trump will undoubtedly try to grab for more power. Trump is no less likely to sell us out to the Chinese, and I feel sorry for you if you believe Trump has more integrity than Biden.

Just going by the flip flop tweets, Trump has no fixed values, and no integrity whatsoever to speak of. Biden has dozens to couch for his integrity, and something has to be said for the fact that however bad Hunter Biden is, his father is a separate person, so corruption in the one doesn't equal corruption in the other. If you insist on bringing it into the conversation, we should chat about Jared Kushner.

@Musia, generally, political rallies give out unlimited tickets and are seated first come first served. This is why people will camp out in front, so as to get their preferred seats.
Personally, I couldn't care less what rally attendance numbers look like since it's the votes that count, but the context here if you don't follow US politics closely is that this is a president who has been obsessed with large crowds and has been known to manipulate photos and videos as "proof." As you see, this venue is unfilled, and it's not a particularly large one to begin with.

They supposedly had to sign waivers to get in so at least some will be able to be (back)tracked if they fall ill. Three days to 2 wks before we know if there's a covid spike related to the event, which Agent Orange's campaign will likely blame on the protesters.
 
Please do not rest easy that Trump is beaten. I am quite worried about the way the Republicans have managed to suppress the vote. (Remember the long lines in Georgia with waits of many hours to vote?) If we think we have a fait accompli and do not get out the vote; press for absentee balloting; and watch the Republicans like hawks; we will have Trump for four more years.

Hmmm, fear tactics. And they sound so familiar...like the ones preachers use in the area (Indiana) where I grew up. They work!

@Musia girrrrlllll. That gym looks exactly like my high school. It could only fit 19k because that's about how many people lived in the town I grew up in. Tiny. When we were winning those bleachers were 100% full. When we were losing....well, you know.
