Looking to buy a jewelry for my gf but can't decide which offers better value over time. I'm thinking of going either with Tiffany's PaperFlower Diamond and Tanzanite Flower Pendant or VCA's Vintage Alhambra pendant. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, since I'm new to this.

Personally I like the VCA one better but choose what you think she will like more

I'm not sure if when you say "value over time" you mean resale value, or longevity of appeal. The latter I can not comment. My opinion is the VCA is classic at any age/life stage.

Personally I feel the cachet of Tiffany’s has diminished over recent years, what with all the fakes / copies of their items Everywhere.
VCA is still very prestigious and the Alhambra range very iconic (though also copied) so I think that would represent best value for money / continued wearability over time.
If you mean in terms of “resale” value, buy pre loved at the outset as virtually all jewellery bought at retail price drop by 40% plus.
