I see that David Klass has already kindly agreed to make any adjustments you wish if you are truly unhappy with the ring. Problem solved!
I've owned many styles of settings through the years and I must say that the ones I have worn regularly and comfortably are the lower settings. Less worry about damage to the stone and to the ring. Perhaps you could give the look a couple of weeks before you make a decision...
