Thoughts on this GIA XXX 1.7ct H SI1 HCA

Hey everybody, what's your thoughts on this stone:

It's a GIA XXX 1.7ct H SI1 (eye clean) HCA of 1.8. Thoughts assuming I can get it for 13.7k?

I don't have any reason to believe that you'd be open to a warmer colored diamond, but I would feel silly if I didn't at least recommend this one (under budget, with an amazing cut, and more than half a carat larger than the stone you mentioned):

yeah don't think i'm that brave to try an M stone, even knowing the strong blue may make it face up better, without seeing it in person first. could be a steal if blue does make it look more colorless/white tho!

Any thoughts on the one I posted?
