Hello! That stone would be a definitely pass. The angles aren't complimentary so it will likely be a poor performer. Keep in mind that all diamonds look nice and sparkly under jewelry store lights. It's in other lighting conditions that the poorly cut ones looks like duds.
The GIA Excellent cut range is broad, and some stones are much better than others. These are measurements to help you stay in ideal cut territory with a GIA excellent cut stone. You did the right thing by putting the numbers into the HCA but you should be looking at stones that score < 2 (keeping in mind that a .8 isn't better or worse than a 1.8 ).

crown angle: 34-35.0
pavilion angle: 40.6-40.9 (sometimes 41.0 if the crown angle is close to 34)

Just a tip, I noticed you used the percentages for HCA. When using HCA, use the angles rather than the percentages (as they are less rounded) to give you more accurate results.
