Thinking about a pendant

Lol, how did I miss that? ok! !.78E it is! Thank you @DejaWiz and @Kim N. Both of you are so wonderful and always gave me precious advices.

Next step, decide the setting style:cool2:

Life got in the way today, so I'm only now seeing the new videos, but I'm glad you picked the 1.78 because it continued to be my favorite!

So do you think you might do the same setting style as your ring or something different?

Hi @Kim N! We missed you! The style is the hard part. I want to have same style as my ring but pendant is better have larger flat back in order to flip less, right? then I don't know how the petal style can fit in here. The style I want is slider with very little bail show or no bail, maybe I should start a new post and ask everyone's opinion?

:wavey: I have a 3-prong martini style pendant, and it has never flipped, so I don't think you have to have a flatter back in order to not flip. My preference is no bail, but if you're on the fence, maybe start a poll in a new thread.

Is chain soldered to the pendant? Fixed chain style don’t have flip issue. But since I like to play with pendant so I want to make it slid. I think I will start a new thread. When the power restore. Need to conserve some battery power.

Yes, mine is a fixed pendant. I didn't realize that helped it not to flip. I think if I ever reset it I'd want it sliding too.

@DejaWiz @Kim N

I found this stone at very reasonable price. I am thinking replace this one for the original stone I picked If this one is good enough. It’s like almost $300 less.
Can you help me take a look?
if good enough I will request to bring in for videos.
I am worry about 34/40.6 been shallow side. But it seems like everything looks good?

thank you a bunch

It looks great! No worries about the 34/40.6 combo, especially for a pendant.

thanks Kim! I just requested it in!

See if they have a diamond tester than can differentiate between the diamond subtypes...should be either Type IIa or Type IIb.

@Kim N @DejaWiz
I just got the video I requested. not sure why some of videos showing so blue. And I feel the stone isn’t performance as I thought it could be.
Could you take a look? thanks

I wonder if the person taking the videos is wearing blue. It's so blue it looks like a reflection. From the side view, I don't see the same blue.

This company is FD, I don‘t think they have it, otherwise they don’t need to test out color gradin?
