Sorry for the BFN, Fisher. I agree that you''re not out yet though.

This morning, exactly a week after getting my bfp, I woke up to red bleeding with clots and cramping. I''m pretty sure I''m miscarrying.

I called in sick to work today and just got back from having my first beta. I have to go back Thursday and they said that if the numbers aren''t dropping like they should then I''ll have to have an ultrasound to see if they need to do anything about it or if it will take care of itself. I knew this was too easy.

I think I''ll be taking a PS break for a while.

So sorry honey. Hugs.

Robbie - I''m so sorry. I''ve been where you are right now. It is a really awful place to be. I wish there was something I could do or say to help, but I found that there wasn''t anything anyone could do or say. I will tell you that it will get easier. I am a few weeks out, and I am feeling better, but it still stinks. Do whatever it is that you need to do to grieve. And we are here for you. Again, I''m so sorry.

I''m so sorry Robbie. Take care of yourself.

oh Robbie, my heart goes out to you. I''m so so so sorry that you have to go through this. Honestly. Take all the time you need - and when you''re ready, we''ll be here to pick you up, root you on, and support you. {{{hugs}}}

Robbie,

I''m so, so sorry. I know exactly how you feel. Take care of yourself, love, and come back to us whenever you''re ready. Hugs and support to both you and your husband.

Robbie,
I''m so sorry.
I know you said you would be taking a break for awhile, but there are quite a few of us on here who have been where you are. If you need somewhere to express your feelings we will be here.
I''ll be thinking about you.

Robbie-

My heart is aching for you. You and your DH are in my thoughts. Take care of each other.

Oh Robbie, I am so sorry.

Please keep checking in so we know you are okay.

Big hug and I''ll be keeping you in my thoughts.

Oh no Robbie. This just breaks my heart. Was dh home with you today? Let me know if you need anything please. Gosh, I think I''m in shock for you, so I can''t imagine how you are feeling. I''ll call you as soon as I get home if you want to talk.

OMG robbie hunny I don''t know what 2 say...I am just devastated...please talk to doc and get a thorough check ...maybe there is an underlying problem that can be detected? I was always told by a great person..never ask WHY...but its so hard not to! Be strong ..you are young..and have everything ahead of u...we are all here.

Robbie, big hugs girl. I''m so sorry to hear your news.

HUGS for Robbie. Take care of yourself, girl!

(((((((((((((((((((HUGS))))))))))))))))))))))

Thinking about you robbie.

Robbie- I am so very sorry to hear this. Sending big hugs to you and your DH during this difficult time.

Robbie,

Man. I''m sorry, so very sorry about this turn in events. Talk about heartache! I can only imagine what you and your hubby are going through right now, but I do hope you know how many thoughts and prayers are going up for you both. I understand taking a break, but just know when you come back, there will be all kinds of love for you here.

Take time with your husband. Heal together. Cry together.

My mom once told me (when I had my first heartbreak and I thought my world was literally crumbling around me) that every sorrow in life makes you all the more thankful for every blessing that comes along, and lets you truly experience it all the more. That''s a paraphrase, and I thought it was pretty crappy when she said that at the time, but it''s true.

Hope you''re feeling better soon, sweetie!

i'm so sorry for your loss robbie

CD41. Temp drop. Not below the coverline, but it''s hovering right at it. 97.81.

There are mixed emotions, really. Kind of expected it, but still a little down in the dumps.

We''re trying to see the positive though, meaning we did ovulate *whoo hoo!!!

* and we did only have that one BD for the real deal ovulation, and with my cycles being long, each one that ends starts a new beginning and if this cycle is any indication, we should have two more shots this year (around beginning of November and end of December). That''s one more "shot" than we would have had if my cycles were in the 60s.

So, if we are blessed this year, it will fall at incredible times. I''m a November baby and can''t imagine a better present than morning sickness and the dreams that come with it. And Christmas would be a wonderful time to find out that we''re getting another present nine months later.

Then again, any time would be an incredible time to find out.

Hope you girls have a good day.

Fisher, if indeed this heralds AFF, a 14 day LP is a wonderful and perfect length! I think it won't take too long now for you to get KTFU... it will just take timing and patience... ahhhh patience. Think of this whole process as an excecise in personal growth

Yeah right!

I think your attitude about the potential temp drop is great, hang onto it... the next cycle is a new beginning.

And BTW, many women have longer cycles like you. Two of my closest friends do, in fact, and one has a 2 year old now and the other is preggo. Yup, it takes more time unfortunately, with that extra 10 days thrown on at the end, but after that its all the same for everyone! LOL! Luckily you aren't pregnant an extra month!

So sorry Robbie. You have tons of support here when you do decide to come back.

Hi all - gosh - this thread is slow today. Maybe this whole thing with Robbie has caused most of us to take a moment to reflect on everything. I know I keep thinking about her, her DH and what they must be going through.

7.gif
It''s hard for me to post anything about myself today after learning what happened...plus I have nothing new to report.

Fisher - sorry to hear about the drop in temp BUT it''s not over, til it''s over! I hope that we''re all blessed with a little bean before the year''s over.

Does anyone else get annoyed when tv shows take liberties with the principals of ttc? I was watching a rerun of The King of Queens today, and Carrie is trying to get pregnant. She takes a test, and gets a bfn. Then the whole storyline is that the next day the inlaws come, but those are her only fertile days for the next month. Duh, that doesn''t make sense. If she just tested, there''s no way she''s ovulating the next day or so. It really annoyed me, but I''m sure if I wasn''t ttc I wouldn''t have noticed it.

Sabine I had a similar opinion about a Friends episode, where Monica and Chandler are TTC and she says "I''m ovulating for the next few days..." I know what she meant, but come on people! Ovulation takes one moment, not days! LOL!
