I bought mine on the UK ebay - here''s a link to their ICs.Date: 9/22/2008 9:34:07 AM

Quick Question...When everyone says they are using the ''Internet Pregnancy Tests'' are most people getting them from early-pregnancy-tests.com? Or did anyone use the babywishes.org ones? Those were where I ordered the OPK sticks and Regular pregnancy tests from last month (because peeonastick showed the OPKs day by day, so I had a better idea of what to look for...)...and if i''m not pregnant this month, then I was thinking of ordering babywishes 10-15 MIU Early Pregnancy test strips because they are $2.00 vs the $10 or more for the FRER ones! Last month I did buy CVS''s version of FRER, but wasn''t pregnant, so don''t know how they compared to the FRERs...Of course the regular babywishes ones are supposed to be sensitive to 20 miu...
Oh, and congrats Robbie!
Yeah, they''re cheap (.84 each), and I HAD 10 of them...but now i''m down to 7. That doesn''t seem like enough...Date: 9/22/2008 10:27:14 AM

I don''t think they''re as sensitive as advertised - but they didn''t do evaps or false + and they were so cheap I felt I could merrily POAS from 8DPO onwards (and sometimes twice in a day)![]()
I got my thermometers at both Riteaid and CVS. It is purple and specifically says basal body thermometer. It was by the pregnancy tests and stuff.Date: 9/22/2008 2:17:57 PM

Happy Birthday Blushing!
LittleL, glad to see you around again! Don''t be afraid of being a debbie downer, we''re happy to have you here no matter what, and there''s nothing wrong with feeling the way you do.
Sorry in advance for the slew of questions, but here goes...
Where did you guys get thermometers that go to two decimal places? I''ve now looked at 2 pharmacies (CVS and Walgreens), a grocery store, and a Navy Exchange store. None of them had thermometers with 2 decimal places.
Do you need a special type of thermometer to take a temp. vaginally? I don''t know if orally is going to work for me even if I find a thermometer because I''m a mouth breather.
Has anyone taken their temp. under the arm? I think I''d be more comfortable doing this in bed first thing than vaginally...but don''t know if it''s accurate.
Finally, how many of you actually use a lubricant specifically for ttc? DH and I prefer to use lube, but the only stuff I''ve found is Pre-Conceive at CVS, and it was $20, and money is a bit tight right now...
I bought one at Walgreen''s (which I broke trying to replace the battery) and then found one at Target. It seems odd that neither of those places had them. We have been using Preseed.Date: 9/22/2008 2:17:57 PM

Mela- I think we have the same name (or close to it). I saw your reference to it on the preggo thread! I spell mine differently, but same name. Weird, the only people that ever have my name seem to be check-out clerks at the grocery store.
Nice name Chinacat!!![]()

You really don''t need a thermometer with two decimals unless you want itDate: 9/22/2008 2:17:57 PM

You can use the same BBT thermometer for vaginally. Under the arm is not a good place for BBT temping, it probably will not be sensistive enough to your body fluctuations, but you can always try both and see how the correlate each day, just take the vaginal one first since it should be the benchmark for accuracy.Do you need a special type of thermometer to take a temp. vaginally? We also prefer lube but we didnt use anything when TTC... this is a little TMI, but when you have fertile CF, if you kind of "move it" down from near your cervix it may be enough lube for you, that''s what we found anyways...Finally, how many of you actually use a lubricant specifically for ttc? Sorry for the BFN, Fisher. I agree that you''re not out yet though.
This morning, exactly a week after getting my bfp, I woke up to red bleeding with clots and cramping. I''m pretty sure I''m miscarrying.I called in sick to work today and just got back from having my first beta. I have to go back Thursday and they said that if the numbers aren''t dropping like they should then I''ll have to have an ultrasound to see if they need to do anything about it or if it will take care of itself. I knew this was too easy.![]()
