Just purchased a new ring! The original ring had 8 princess cut stones .30 ct each, f/g color vs 1-2 clarity. The jeweler is going to take 2 stones out so that the ring will be more comfortable. Should have it by Saturday or early next week. It is a preowned piece.

Here's my new 1.0 ctw 5-stone from ID Jewelry, set in 14K yellow gold. Size 6.75 ring. I've been on a yellow gold kick lately (loving that warm glow) and asked for a new ring for my birthday to complement the 4mm 18K gold band I got for my anniversary. When I contacted IDJ, I mentioned I'd learned about them from Pricescope, and they gave me "Pricescope-quality" stones--and I have to say they're extremely white, and the sparkle is amazing. Thanks, Pricescope, and thanks, IDJ!

Lovely! I sometimes wish I could have my 5 stone shank switched to YG, but I don't ever really see it anyway so it's all good.

@bunnycat I did just that years ago with a white gold 10 stone half-eternity, my jeweller removed the shank where it met the diamonds and replaced with a yellow gold one. The contrast between the white gold prongs and yellow band was gorgeous!

That's an idea I have been toying with! (Still have a few other things on the bucket list first though.) :)

I love this pic of your 5 stone but it’s a bit blurry. I’m working on finding mine now and about the same
1.6 tcw as yours . It looks beautiful! Can you give me details on where you purchased and the specs of stone? Ie gia G excellent or ags 000 ideal F ? Thanks so much. It’s my favorite pic and what kind of setting too.

EB2059EC-F7CB-4179-AC0F-804E77DB44E9.png I have looked at this thread so many times in deciding to get myself a five stone ring. I always wanted an ideal diamond. My engagement ring is lovely but certainly not of that caliber. My husband bought it 22 years ago and braved the diamond district in NY. I did quite a lot of reading here when I lost my ring and learned so much. When I was about to buy a replacement with all my new found knowledge, I found my ring and returned the insurance money. Years later I have a little extra and that i am able to spend on some ideal diamonds! I decided on a five stone after seeing so many beautiful ones here! I chose ACAs from Whiteflash and used one of their settings to create my five stone with slightly larger diamonds than the one they showed in their stock. I am excited to post the pics here and will post some hand shots when it arrives!
It’s 1.54 ct F and Gs, SI1s. I was very on the fence with whether to go slightly larger but with their upgrade policy it’s certainly a possibility for the future . They were great! So patient with my many many emails and always professional!!! I also chose them fbecause I felt very confident that the diamonds would be exceptional! No guess work needed or worry!!

I wanted a sophisticated, classy ring with bright, sparkly exceptional stones. They did an amazing job making it exactly how I wanted! Even better!! The diamonds are stunning (my first ideals!) and the workmanship beautiful!! Thanks Magen and the crew at Whiteflash! So professional, patient and kind with all my questions and modifications along the way. A++++!! 1.54 ct F/Gs, Si1s, size 5.5

@marymm, i don't think what you are seeing are tall end stones. I think those tops are part of whatever it is what DK propped the ring against. Those end stones aren't any taller than the others, sorry!

The stones are 0.24ct, 0.23ct, 0.38ct, 0.37ct, and 0.64ct. the largest is about 5.5mm, the next two are about 4.5mm and the outside stones are about 3.7 mm. All H/I in color.

Long time lurker here 8-) I've wanted a five stone right hand ring for a veeery long time (and have looked at this thread for over a year for inspiration!).

I finally decided to take the plunge with a Whiteflash graduated trellis 1.15 ctw platinum ring, to celebrate my MBA graduation! She's currently being Fed-Exed over for me to pick up tomorrow, but I thought I'd share the Whiteflash pics for now...

Can't wait to meet her!!

I just got my 5 stone 1.5 ct in July. I decided on Whiteflash too and to treat myself to ideal diamonds! Cut Abbie’s. And boy are they ever. They are beautiful and I enjoy wearing it so much. Their workmanship is amazing too! You will not regret the purchase! Enjoy your new beauty ! Whiteflash is the best!
