Stores that have a lot of loose estate diamonds in Philly?

There are a million jewelry stores in Philly so rather than calling or going into every one and asking, I'm wondering if anyone here knows which stores if any have a good amount of loose estate diamonds or even just diamond estate jewelry in general but I'd prefer not to pay for the metal I won't use.

Hi! I don't know if you are familiar with https://www.hmerrill.com I know they used to carry estate pieces (possibly stones, as well, I don't know). They are a multi-generational family-owned jeweler. I purchased a number of pieces from them (regular, not estate) a number of years ago and they were extremely reputable with excellent customer service... and keep in mind I have never set foot in their store, it was all via phone as I live completely across the country. I was very impressed with their service. Give them a call to see if they have what you are looking for or can source it for you. As to stones that are already set, you could see if they will give you credit toward the purchase of the stone for the mounting. My jeweler will do that. Sometimes they will "back out" the cost of the mounting as in the context of a mounting they will use for another piece. If it is just metal that will be "discarded", they have given me "credit" for that based on the current price of that metal. Good luck!
