Stone replacement in setting?

Hi guys,

So I have a stone already mounted in a setting but I think I may want to switch out the stone for a different one. How easy or difficult would it be to replace "stone A" with "stone B"
Based on the dimensions is it even possible or would the whole setting have to be re-done for the new stone?

The diameter and depths of both stones are so very close there should be no problem with mounting the new stone in the old setting. If you are buying the Brian Gavin diamond, I'd suggest sending the setting to them so they can mount the new diamond.

Oh that would be perfect. I didn't think they would work on somebody else's band. I'm definitely leaning towards the BG so that would be ideal.
