Hey--my son has already hit MY pocket book up for University books! Yikes!I encourage him to use the resell venue at the bookstore--but often they do not resell. Boo$$hoo
cheers--Sharon
If he's going to re-sell, have him look for the school bulletin board or the online board. He can sell directly to another student for FAR more than the bookstore would give him. One person in my class sold his math book to another student for $110 (new $190, used $150) after the bookstore wanted to give him $10!
I've been keeping all of my books because it just isn't worth it to take them to the bookstore. The only one I did that with they gave me $1.50(physics, math, and engineering books make great reference books to use for later!)
I used to do this! Except I'd just stand in line at the bookstore selling my old books and buying my new ones for much better prices!
