Steven Jacob - Experience or reviews?

Steven Jacob, a father & son company, a ring / jewelry maker of mokume gane, damascus steel and other contemporary metals. Rarely mentioned @ PS, did any one of you heard of them? Or had experience working with & purchasing from them?

I can attest that the stainless steel sizing rings they offer (on Etsy, if not the website - I've not checked) are really very well made and extremely comfy, and are very useful for anyone looking to buy a wider ring but needing to confirm how width affects sizing!

It's a lovely service offering the sizing band. And there are really plenty of options on their rings, especially in terms of various patterns on their Damascus & Mokume Gane. It seems they have a really good control on those patterns in which simply making / forging these 2 kinds of materials is already hard enough.

As there are many experienced consumers & professionals here in PS, would like to know more about the background of Steven Midgett, the owner of the shop and the father. Please forgive me for my lack of knowledge on this aspect, is Steven a highly regarded name in the area of metal smiths?
