For those who might be interested in having a mourning jewel that no one would know or ask about, here’s one. I bought this necklace and I’m pleased with it. It is TINY! Teeny tiny, heavy, and quite pretty. I didn’t expect to like it so much. I don’t have any ashes to place inside, but it’s still a well-designed little thing so I thought I would share.

GIRL ! Of course we're intetested !

I thought it was going to be a Victorian mourning piece - mind you its very understated- very un-Victorian and modern looking

When we were arranging my mum's funeral they had a display of different jewlery ideas (tastfully displayed in a corridor of the back offices )
Mum went in the ground beside Dad whole as did Tinky so not an option for them

But i think this idea is nice
