Ooo-Shiney, how do you take the same photo and blow it up/crop it down? What program do you use? I'd appreciate any tips...

I wouldn't begin to know my way around a Photoshop program,
but with this honey of a camera I don't have to.
Maybe if I got a different camera down the road, but this is all I need for right now.
