Single Stone Upgrade Policy?

Does anyone here know if single stone has an upgrade policy and if so what it is? Anyone have personal experience w/ upgrading w/ a stone/ring originally purchased from them?

Thanks. I'm sure some around here has upgraded with them so I'm just wondering
What their experience was and if they were happy with the policy if there is one.
I'm certainly not going to hold SS to whatever spmeone might share here.
Anyone have any experiences? Would love to know more!
