Oooh, he had lots of fans. He got married to another beautiful crazy popular celebrity. Many young girls were heartbroken

, but him being happily married for quite a while and being a good father is part of his appeal.

This is SO much fun! My Senior Prom was in 1980 and I remember lots of polyester. His tux was maroon and my dress was white eyelet with spaghetti straps and pink ribbon running through it. I''ll have to figure out a way to get a photo posted on here.

We also had an 8th Grade Dance and my Mom got a coursage for me. My dress was a little too low cut for her liking and she pinned the coursage right in the middle of my chest. The dress was green polyester with birds flying all over it. I''ll have to post a photo of it, too.

Here''s mine from May 2004. I loved this dress and still have it. I''d never wear it now though... from RIGHT at the bottom of my butt all the way to the floor it was see-through. So if I bent over just the slightest bit.. well... you know what happened! At least the dance floor was dark lol. My bf insisted on wearing that ruffled tux shirt lol.
And sorry the quality is so bad... I had to take a pic of a pic to get this!

Usually this is just one in the last year of HS, year 12 - but Geez, you guys made me realize going

Well, DF, around the time you were going to your prom, guess what I was doing? Being BORN!!! LOL!

Ok. I went to Homecoming Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior year, Winter Ball Sophomore and Junior year, and prom Sophomore, Junior and Senior year. I also went to the stupid debutante ball my senior year and skipped out on Winter Ball that year because they were a week apart.

Ah yes, and the debutante ball dress was a wedding dress, and I had a new dress for every single dance...

When I got to my dad''s I''ll take pics of the pics (I don''t have access to a scanner.)

I love these pictures!! Did prom dress + hair cost hurt as much back then as it does now, adjusted for inflation? My parents' friend paid $200+ for her daughter's prom dress

He thought he was actually cool back then. He sits around lamenting his glory days of high school, seriously! Haha!

ETA: I don't know if you can tell in the photo but I went and got my hair and nails done. Specifically my nails wound up being these big long pink chunky acrylic things, it was scary!
