I think this qualifies as moi et toi - I also call it a bypass ring. The Etsy shop Rethink Gold made this for me. Irina makes nature inspired pieces and I just love them!

I finally get to add one to my own thread: my first ever moi et toi ring - a Victorian rose gold bypass pearl ring with world's most divine fleur-de-lys prongs. I replaced the (very old, very worn) pearls with a beautiful pair of akoya pale pink pearls and think the finished piece is sublime. Small, casual - but sublime.

I admit I’m curious - do you have before pics with the old pearls? I just got a pair of antique pearl earrings and I’m debating if I should keep them or not

Not really. But most of the information is in this thread when I was looking for a round stone to pair with the asscher.
